Can Sport Psychology Still Play Into How You Can Get Becoming Better as an Athlete?

I think that sometimes we use the how bad do you want it as a as a crutch like it's not yeah. Your physical ability is going to put a ceiling on what you can achieve and then your mental ability can help you reach that ceiling basically or do you see it that way? I'm just very aware that you've only got so many hours in the day as an athlete and you know I just always work on the adage do what you can and even a little bit of it is better than nothing at all.
