It's not about putting code live on a surface so that people can execute it. It's actually about generating a business return. The case i was making in the talk was that it's less about outcomes over output. Soas projects that change the product, thet change n behavior. That's the whole point of ein a project. In i sof er leave the product shoul change. And then that change in the product should result in a change in customer behavior. A separate thing i talked about was, that didn't get into much in the talk, was monotization of that, which is o other thing.
