The Importance of the World Wide Web
In 1995, Bill Gates agreed to write and publish a book outlining his vision of the future of technology. It was co-written by Microsoft's chief technologist and interactive TV cheerleader Nathan Meyerhold. In 1998, Gates gave a great joint interview alongside Warren Buffett. He said that when the internet came along, we had it as a fifth or sixth priority.
