Being for yourself is a necessary condition for a lifetime of well-being and healing, et cetera. But it's not a sufficient condition. You still have to do other things. So how do you move towards having more phases where you're really good about it? I think being for yourself is essentially turning on the ignition in the car. Once you turn on the ignition, now you're for yourself, the engine's running right now.
