He was inspired by a fellow researcher who lost an absolute ton of weight, and suddenly wanted to look into lo cabihdrat etogenic diet. Shark is now working on his masters degree in sport science after doing case study based research in keni diets. The more he learns about how these diets can be used as part of endurance sports like ultramarithan running, the more intrigued he gets.
