The Importance of Spinal Flexibility

Tension is tension. It's only being held on two ends. You can't change attention by way of exercise, but even if you could, nothing would change. The best exercise then is spinal flexion. Which is a crunch. And the best kind of crunch is the crunch that allows you to have the right amount of resistance. So get on a little bit of an incline. Now you've created less of a perpendicular angle to your torso. You've subtracted about 20% of your body weight. If you need more than that, go a little higher and then focus on bending the spine in the middle of the spine. Treat your abs like you would a bicep
