Relative Exercise Intensities for Slash Sprint Performance

The speed reserve model says that above for exercise intensities above VO2 max, the relative intensity is set by the fraction of the speed reserve. So, you take a percentage of that, and that that is the way to express relative exercise intensities for sprinting performance. The lower limit for high intensity exercise slash sprint performance is the aerobic intensity of the community team.
