The Negative Connotation of Deloading
Brad: I think we've touched on it in some Q&A's here and there, but we never really dive deep into them. You know, a lot of people just don't find them too exciting. It's almost like there's a negative connotation around it. But that's essentially what deloads actually do - they take away fatigue points from you. So even though you can do a five and you've done it before on a few different times in the gym, you're going into the gym with a three and a half because each of those little, little fatigue points gets deducted from the five.
