I think as well it comes back to that sort of meeting people where they're at so it's you know actually that what a lot of the lifestyle questions that I'll be asking. If someone is really suffering with high anxiety panic attacks their nervous system is under a real amount of kind of chronic stress we focus on building healthy functional breathing habits and then starting to explore some of those things.
