The Bulgar Method and How It Helped Me Gain Muscle

of the progress I've made in my training in the past five years has come in two separate three-month periods. The Bulgarian method helped me get such good results from just how much I was sleeping and how low my stress was but that summer I put it put right around a hundred pounds on my squat in ten weeks. Then for like the next four months or so I didn't really make any more progress um went back to school  and then after that I've been uh you know I've still been I'vestill been training but more focus has been on growing the business, not winding up under a bridge somewhere.
