I really like that kind of building self efficacy in the client basically so that, because like you said, you can't be in the gym with them to make the best decisions and calls for them. And if you were there, they're in their own body so they know what's going on so they can make those kind of best calls for themselves. But from the start, they probably don't know what to look for so it's great that you kind of are there and able to educate them to understand how then to manage those things.
