I wanted to feel good, like basics kind of basics feeling good. The stuff that kind of makes you feel alive and good in your skin. Your body is your interface with everything else. So if your body doesn't feel good, then everything else doesn't feels good either. Just feeling at home in your skin and feeling connected to your body from me is so grounding. Not everyone has that. A lot of people do. I know some people are like, no, I don't need to know my body exists. But if you're in that place, that's actually OK. You can do things that are distracting enough. We all need that regular movement. It fits into our life
