In November 2009, omnichare paid $98 million to settle accusations that received kickbacks from Johnson and Johnson. The Securities and Exchange Commission charts J&J with bribing foreign doctors to use their medical devices. Plaintiffs in the upcoming Rispered All lawsuits had a similar goal. This case is about putting an end to this kind of misconduct by a drug company.
