Fasting is something that i look at as a beneficial stress if in the right amount at the right time. Women and men have a lot more similarities than they do dissimilarities. And so when i'm counseling women, i always say, if you're under the age of 35, i kind of have a different methodology than i do with women north of 35. It's not the time to be adding in another hermetic stresser.
