Should Wine Labels Have Ingredient Listings?
Will bucklan: What is protocol for establishing dry farmed vines? No water ever weaned off? And and know that we probably all have some thoughts on this. Whether or not you can dry farm has so much more to do with the vineyard site itself than whether or not you've irrigated the vineyard in the first place. In high frequency, low volume watering, you can create a vineyard that can be dry farmed. If it's not on your label, it should be somewhere in the marketing because, e, there's people who don't want that.
