How Do We Automate These Five Intents?

It's an approach that a lot of companies take anywhere, especially also in the IVR space. If you can figure out your high level intents and then just simply route some more into the right place, at least then you've got an actual proper accurate picture of exactly the demand. Of course, it's always hard, you know, the more intense you have, the harder it is to train, because intense gets confused, right? There are additional challenges, but I think right now from what I'm saying, we've been pretty successful in managing that.
