The Benefits of the GoPro View

The best I've seen the GoPro integrated is for quarterbacks, particularly as they go through like their checkdowns and progressions. The most benefit would be maybe for a passer or a server and volleyball like as see where their eyes are attuning to like where their head is moving. It'd be a really interesting thing to look at gaze behavior. For somebody that doesn't have access to like visual gaze glasses like that would be an interesting way to see where the head is moving,. Particularly if maybe a server is having some yips or maybe they're not particularly going to the proper place on the court.
