Anger is just the external way that we see it in so many people, right? You know, I can't show weakness because if I, yes, then I'm prey. So there's a chain here, right? The anger is a result of the fear. And the fear is the result of something else too, because fear is also a reaction. But yeah, you brought up what parts are often concerned about shame, grief, guilt. There can be so many things being unloved attachment needs,. not being met integrity needs, not being met.
