How to Overcome Osmetrics

You can do some of that with overcoming osmetrics like I mentioned earlier with the calf you can get people to push in as hard as possible into like a fixed barbell or something like that. Eventually you get up to the overcoming where your push is hard as possible and then you build it back down so re-educating that max voluntary contraction on me is really cool and really helpful for people.
