The inflammation response also interferes with the ability of the anabolic signaling response from the workout to actually stimulate an elevation in my up-trails. Now this is really really really fascinating stuff because it suggests that there are multiple reasons why we're not going to be able to create a signaling kind of hypertrophy stimulative. It's almost inflammation has this friend and foe dynamic right where it's like we need a certain amount of it to be a part of the adaptation process but it also can interfere in a continuation as well.
