The Importance of Eating Well and Truly
When you eat and whether or not that's going to affect cognitive or physical performance, for me is a thing. We were raised as kids that like food meant energy. And the truth is for many people that we've got plenty of energy stacked onto our body in the form of body fat. But it just takes a little bit of reconditioning to be able to create space with your digestive system. You're not sort of fighting that sort of 3 p.m. slump feeling that comes after lunch. Can come after any time you eat, really,. simply because your body requires the resources to do the work.
