Dylan Thurus is co-author with Sicily Wong of Gastro of Skura, a food and vendors guide. Sahadi's has been an anchor of the Middle Eastern communities of New York for over a hundred years. The author and fourth generation owner of Sahadi's is Christine Sahadi-Whelan.
