Is There a Benefit to Supplementation?

The efficiency of how you trigger a meal goes down with passing decades. As chewing becomes more of an issue, what kinds of things can you eat? I think supplements, protein foods or whatever you want to call them mixes that have higher protein density are important to think about. Loosing supplementation maybe we're thinking about too.
