When I was 17 and I had been working out already at this point for a few years, I think it was 100 and I want to say 170 pounds. To gain weight, I had to consume north of 3500 calories easily. Look at how many calories you're eating every single day and bump them by at least 500 maybe closer to 800 calories a day.
