I think so many people don't have a hobby these days because we send so much sum on the internet, or we work along. People have forgotten that those simple little things like painting and cooking cang really help your mental health when you have those sorts of outlets. Just getting outside, getting fresh air, exposing your body to sunlight, things like that, i actually think it helps me quite a bit. So when i'm feeling down, i deftly treada, you know, get out of house, change my environment,. im maybe run a simple errand, whatever it is.
