The other thing with excise selection is that other areas of training have to be considered. Power lifters are going to try k things as easy as they can, to squat, bench and ded lift the most amount of weight right there. Will adjust their technique so that they can actually add weight to the bar. And therefore, like getting kind of stronger, but not really like they have their muscles. Their body hasn't actually got stronger. Oftentimes they'll makef things with their exercises purposely difficult. That could be throur excise selection,. But it also could be tor execution, right?
