Do You Know How Long a Lay Off Is?
Do not take a lay off at all, especially if you'r a novice. Hit all the melter lifts. Even if it's something as simple as a one lift a session for three sessions or four sessions a week. You can prevent quite a bit of de training by just getting in that that little bit of stress a in that time. And e at what point, how do you calculate the math on a lay off that's longer than, you know, a week or two?
