Lactate in Training
The Norwegians are famous for using lactate in their training. I don't really know fully how they use it but I'm thinking it's something to do with intensity regulation. Are you using a lot of lactate in your training? Yeah so like that we are using quite quite a lot when when we have training in camps because that is easy to use and also if you use it regularly then also the interpretation gets better. If you know lactate levels from your athlete if you're using them really like I said regularly and then I think it's an easy and useful tool.
