The Benefits of Mindfulness

The real benefit of meditation is that you can bring your attention to the breath. It's noticing whenever your mind has gone off and then bringing it back. I really do believe that those medical vulnerabilities that I have now that I didn't have before, or some of the best superhuman powers I could ever have both for learning and for the everyday life so that when I recognize that I'm I'm activated some sort of a stress response.
