What Makes You Consistent?
"I'm definitely a consistent runner. I run through all kinds of things, all kinds of weather hardships," he says. "Having that carrot out on that stick to reach for is what gets you out the door." He has finished more than 220 ultras and one 53 of those were 100 mile races.
