We can say that it does look like a low carbohydrate diet would impair your endurance performance at the elite level. It might not matter as much on the recreational level, just again, depending on your individual preferences. But if you are an elite athlete to where performance absolutely matters and is the most important thing to you, then even a keto adopted athlete, the odds are that it will probably not help.
