I don't think anyone needs to train heavy. Performance wise, performance wise, i think you're totally fine. And health wise, absolutely. Over the years, i've just found myself shifte. I used to love endurance work. But now i just hate it. So i've up shifted based on personal preference. There's still a shipload of uncertainty about m and i think, again, it's down to personal preference. If the volumes matched, as we see in a lot of research, there arn no different outcomes.
