In other words, it's what he calls a short, succinct, emotionally resonant story that you can use to convey not only your passion and why you do what you do, but the value you bring to the work that you do. And if you have this why story, you can tell it in meetings with clients. You can put it on your website. You can use it in interactions. You can use it when you're giving presentations, but clients care where they care way more about why you do than what you do. And so if you typically your natural reaction is to tell clients all about what you do and how great you are at cash flow and investment management and retirement planning and estate planning and insurance, that's what you do. And that's not bad, but they want to know a lot more about why you do it. Tell them your why story around the passion you bring to the job and the value you bring and why you do what you do. And that connects on a much deeper level. There you have it. 24 episodes, 1,933 minutes, all condensed and packaged into this one episode. But now it's on to 2025 where I've got to be honest, I think the most stressful part, there's not much that gets stressful about this podcast. It's one of my favorite things that I get the opportunity to do every single year. There's one part that's stressful. And that is trying to maintain this high bar of quality guests and quality insights and quality content every single year. But the good news is, I've already started mapping out next year. And I can say pretty confidently, I'm already excited about the quality staying where it is. We've had awesome guests that are reaching out to come on. I'm reaching out to people to come on that have probably never said, would have never said yes a couple of years ago, but are saying yes now. So it's got, we've got an awesome lineup already in place for next year. And then I think the thing I'm most excited about is we're going to take a little bit different, we're going to take a little bit different approach. There's going to be a little bit of a twist on some of the episodes next year where we're going to do some different things that we've never done before. So for example, it'll come out towards the beginning of the year. I've already recorded it. We have an episode where I talk to not an advisor or an expert, but a real life human being. We have a conversation with a real life human being retiree on here to talk about the challenges that he's experienced as he went into retirement. And there was nothing like he expected. The quest for meaning, how he's been dealing with the struggles of retirement, not being what he thought it was going to be. We go through all that. It's a really cool, fun, interesting episode that's different than anything we've ever done before. And hopefully we're going to have even more things like that. Things that are a little bit different, but still ultimately valuable that help you take both your clients and your practice, your client relationships and your practice to the next level.
