How to Commit to Six

The morning routine isn't essential, but I ask everybody to try it for a week because most people get such a big benefit from it. No one is forcing you to do anything, and the whole point is that we can adapt things to you and to your life. You need to see this as an experiment. It's figuring out what works for you because everybody is different. We also have two additions to commit to six, which are quite recent. These are group Zoom meetings and they are so unbelievably useful and motivating. The second addition, which is new for this round, I've called commit to 42. Because if you didn't know, there are 42 days in six weeks.
