Tibetans talked very compellingly about three different types of dream. The Buddha literally, his name means the awakened one. This is what he woke up to. He discovered that what we know or what we think of as reality is just a type of dream. And so therefore, if you believe in this sort of thing, you can use the arena of the nighttime dream. You're getting three for the price of one because lucid dreaming also leads to lucid dying.
