I love the concept of like add one more, right? Because it's compounding interest. And you know, I've got an example of a patient who was relatively well controlled and some immunologics. He'd been seen by other GPs, other sort of A&E consultants when he went in for flare ups unfortunately - which is something that can happen. But over the course of around six to eight months, we completely changed his diet where he was still having the odd junk food meal because he was working on the road. So this person had really massively increased their fiber content, lost weight, inflammatory markers came down as well.
