Body Image - I Don't Care Whether You Like Me or Not
On average, body image issues do tend to affect women more than men. This might have something to do with the way that women develop self esteemo s and girls really care about perceived attractiveness in terms of factud into their self esteem. If it's coming from this place of weight stigma, or feeling like you're inadequate unless you're a certain weight, it's actually really damaging. I really means to come from a place of health and love, as opposed to judg instigma.
