How to Improve Body Weight Without Adding Weights

Deepness hands down would be in pushing skills for example I think it's very much neglected range of motion. You could increase the lever in lever kinds of movements like going from a tuck front lever to one leg open half-layer or an advanced tuck and make it more difficult that way. Recently I've started experimenting a bit with weighted pull-ups and I've even tried weighted hand-stamp push-ups a little bit just so I can keep it in the back. Yeah right so it's something that I intend to experiment more with to see the transferability and just to change up my own training a bit as well.
