The Ruffles - A Posta Shape With a Long Cooking Time
i'm worried that cook time is going to seem outrageous to people. I think we shall put something about it on the box to explain it. So i tell evan what i'm thinking the box should say. The shape's long cooking time is a function of its thick and ornate design, which produces subtle textural variations in different parts of the shape. This phenomenon, known to sensor scientists as dynamic contrast, has rarely been achieved in a posta shape. They add a third textural component, couse, ruffles feel nice inside your mouth. A, they're delightful to eat, but it might be distracting.
