Tips on Successfully Adding Mass That Can Contribute to Being a More Powerful Athlete
My average diet for a day would consist of breakfast being a large bowl of musle and two bananas with a black coffee. He says after snack would usually be two slices of toast with honey and peanut butter. Says i'm six onths, so a rather thin athlete. Any tips on successfully adding mass that can contribute to being a more powerful athlete would be great.
