The Importance of Strength Training and Power
strength training and power is that it helps you improve your fitness and get better as a runner. It also really helps you preventing injuries and running related problems. We cannot expect to see gains or benefits just right after it, we cannot expect to do it every day. Just as with running, we need to be super gradual and very careful in order to get the most benefits but also stay away from injuries.
