How to Fast for Hormones

I often train in a fasted state, but I have to pick the kinds of workouts that I do. So strength and conditioning in my pre camp groundwork sort of area, I'll often hit that no problem. But what ends up happening sometimes is if I hit a long fast window and then I hit the strengthening conditioning in the morning, and then I've got to get enough in to feel okay for sparring or something live later. The closer you get to fight day, you might go up more to 15, 16, 17 hours if you can, if you can take it just to keep yourself lean.
