The best training program is the one that you're not doing because it could potentially be giving you the most gain. The last thing we want to do is make drastic changes for the sake of changes if something's working we wanted to keep it working and essentially keep the athletes in a groove. There are so many different things to train and get better at and the things we could be tested in are infiniteso because of that we like to train that way.
