I think traditionally we either look at win loss only internally, right? Just look at our CRM and CEO. Why are we winning or losing? Or we'll just look or just like just look externally,. So we'll just talk to prospects, customers, all that kind of stuff. I love how you do both and you can find that delta kind of like in between. That has been super valuable. And so I'm going to come back and implement a lot of these.
