How to Rate a Workout

Just answer how did that effort feel? It doesn't matter if you change intensity. And if you're honest with that, it's going to give you the best chances of getting the right workout. There's one exception where I do want to add some objective criteria for this. If you have to like back pedal, take a quick break, skip an interval, turn down the intensity, that's the sort of thing where you made as made an adjustment. That's a workout where you rate it all out. The only thing I would add is if you make adjustments, then it's for sure and all out.
