Recruiting for Junior Level UX Researchers

A lot of companies don't really hire junior level UX researchers, right? At least not as much as they do people at the more senior levels. So what's going on with that from a recruiter's perspective? Oh, man. This is a challenging situation that we're in right now. I would say a lot of this is very unique to the last 12 to 14 months. And my prediction is that we're going to see a boom in needs for junior candidates across the board.
