You can track progress by calculation your three repetition max or also one repetition max so yeah. That in addition to the lifelong challenge of continuously adding weight of course you can do that with just conventional calisthenics but after rep number 30, 35, 40 you're like what can I do for one rep. Yeah I mean there's people who likes it I know very very good that do like endurance with calsthenics that are absolutely crazy and they just like to do a hundred repetition sets and I mean it's crazy."
