Running is a skill. It's hard. And I think that there's because it's word humans and we evolved to chase antelope across the plane. That doesn't mean everybody is going to be able to run on day one without needing to do some work first. Let me ask you about some things we've gotten all the way to this end in this episode. The leg knee is bent out of shape with the soleus effectively working back with the leg that is straight, which makes running more difficult for runners.
