Mark Walsh is an embodiment teacher and trauma educator who's worked in conflict zones like Sierra, Afghanistan and more recently Ukraine. He says he was a "complete screw up" as a child before turning to martial arts after becoming addicted to drugs at 17. His career has taken him into dance, yoga, meditation,. improv, theater, the whole field that I would now call the embodiment field - all the things that work with the body is a bit more than a brain taxi.
