The Importance of Mentorship

I would say it comes down to mentorship. Having the right mentors that are leading you down the right pathway. Sometimes you're not going to get that from your manager or your leader. And I've worked for leaders. There's very stark differences between the two. Do you want to be a top producer? Are you okay just hitting 100 to 200%. There's nothing wrong with that. Understand where you want to go in your career. Make sure they have the right people around them to get them there.
